At SD D.Ed. Training School, we are committed to fostering an environment conducive to academic excellence and personal growth. To maintain this standard, all students are expected to adhere to the following rules and regulations:


  • Attendance
    • - Regular Attendance: Students must attend all classes, seminars, workshops, camps, and activities. A minimum of 200 working days per year is mandatory for exam eligibility.

    • - Punctuality: Arriving on time for all scheduled sessions is essential. Late arrivals may be marked as absent.

  • Academic Conduct
    • - Assignment Submission: All assignments, projects, and practical work must be completed and submitted by the specified deadlines.

    • - Examination Protocol: Follow all exam schedules and guidelines. Malpractice will result in disciplinary action.

  • Code of Conduct
    • - Behavior: Students are expected to exhibit professionalism, respect, and integrity in all interactions within and outside the campus.

    • - Dress Code: A modest and appropriate dress code is to be maintained, reflecting the dignity of the teaching profession.

  • Campus Regulations
    • - Identification: Students must carry their institutional identification cards at all times and present them upon request.

    • - Property: Respect for institutional property is mandatory. Any damage or defacement will lead to penalties and compensation requirements.
  • Leave Policy
    • - Procedure: Leave of absence must be requested in advance through a formal application and is subject to approval by the Principal.

    • - Medical Leave: For medical absences exceeding three days, a valid medical certificate must be submitted upon return.

  • Disciplinary Actions
    • - Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to institutional rules may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity of the violation.

    • - Grievance Redressal: Students can report grievances to the designated committee for fair and prompt resolution.

  • Fee Structure
    • - Payment Schedule: Tuition and other fees must be paid as per the notified schedule. Late payments may attract fines or other penalties.

    • - Refund Policy: Fee refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with institutional policies and guidelines.

    • - Communication: Students should regularly check official communication channels for updates and announcements.
